Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were big, bright, and immaculately clean. The armchairs looked fancy, but they were more enjoyable to look at than to sit in. The view from the room was not the best, with either a construction site or graffiti and old air conditioners in sight.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, despite being comfortable and well-equipped, was noisy due to the ongoing construction nearby. On the bright side, the hotel's location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the charming Old Town, with great dining options and picturesque views. Unfortunately, some service staff lacked etiquette, although others were friendly and helpful. The dining experience, while extensive, was a bit overpriced, and the lack of fresh fruit options was surprising.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location in the old town was fantastic, with easy access to eateries, attractions, and sulphur baths. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and attentive staff. The dining experience had a wide selection of food, although some choices were a bit disappointing. Overall, a great value for the money with excellent facilities and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small for two people, but they were large, very clean, and made up to a high standard each day. However, the noise from the sleepless night flight was a downside despite plenty of bottled water provided daily. The service was top-notch, very welcoming and professional, thanks to the efficient management. The location was ideal for tourists but not suitable for business due to city traffic; it was close to many attractions and restaurants. The dining options were extensive and good, offering local cuisine, but lacking in some areas. The facilities were great, but the noise level from the flight affected my peaceful sleep.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were efficient and friendly. The location was exceptional, right in the heart of the old town. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of dishes. The facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large and beautifully furnished, and the unrivaled location just steps from the charming Old Town made exploring so convenient. The only drawback was that the rooms were rather small, but they were well designed.
I couldn't have asked for a better location in Tbilisi's old town! The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the sights, and being on the 5th floor with a sky lounge on the 6th, I had a fantastic view. The free minibar stocked with soft drinks was a nice touch, and the room was not only spotless but also more comfortable than other similar hotels I've been to.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, bright, cozy, and spacious, with extra pillows and large thick bath towels provided daily. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location couldn't be better, right next to the bath houses and a short walk from the main attractions. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the dining options were a bit limited in terms of local specialties. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its spotlessly clean rooms and central location in the city. The decor was lovely, and ventilation was superb. While I've stayed at many Mercure hotels across Africa, Europe, and Asia, this one stood out for its exceptional cleanliness and prime location.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, near the old city and with easy access to various attractions and restaurants. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a variety of local cuisines but also room for improvement on some offerings.
